BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
Suite Life Privé is a premier global luxury concierge service offering exclusive event planning, travel, lifestyle management, and luxury experiences. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Definitions
- “Client” refers to the individual or entity booking services with Suite Life Privé.
- “Supplier” refers to third-party vendors providing services arranged through Suite Life Privé.
- “Booking Confirmation” refers to the final agreement between Suite Life Privé and the client outlining the services provided.
3. Payment Terms & Fees
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signing to secure services.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the service date.
- If booking within 30 days of the service date, full payment is required upfront.
- Late payments may result in service cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 6.
4. Retainer & Refund Policy
Our refund policy is detailed in the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these terms. Key provisions include:
- Non-refundable deposits for event planning, entertainment, and concierge services.
- Refund eligibility based on service status and timing of cancellation.
- Case-by-case consideration for extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, force majeure events).
- Third-party service refunds are subject to supplier policies. Suite Life Privé will advocate on behalf of clients but does not guarantee third-party refunds.
5. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
- Abide by all terms and conditions of third-party providers.
- Treat Suite Life Privé staff and partners with respect and professionalism.
Suite Life Privé reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
6. Cancellation Terms
- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before the service date: Full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
- 15-30 days before the service date: 50% refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
- Less than 15 days before the service date: No refund.
- If work has begun (event planning, entertainment services): Refunds will be prorated based on work completed and expenses incurred.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: Clients receive a full refund, including deposits, unless cancellation is due to force majeure or non-payment.
7. Supplier Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer
Suite Life Privé acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (e.g., private jets, luxury hotels, event venues). While we ensure top-tier partnerships, we are not liable for:
- Supplier cancellations, delays, or service failures.
- Changes in supplier terms, pricing, or availability.
- Any losses incurred due to supplier policies beyond our control.
8. Membership Terms (If Applicable)
Clients with Suite Life Privé memberships may receive:
- Priority access to services and reservations.
- Discounts on select bookings.
- Exclusive access to private events.
Membership refunds follow the Membership Tier Cancellations and Refunds policy outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events:
- Refunds will be considered based on expenses incurred.
- Rescheduling may be offered where possible.
- Clients must have appropriate travel insurance for force majeure events affecting bookings.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Suite Life Privé respects client confidentiality and will not disclose personal details unless required by law.
- All personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Disputes should first be addressed via written appeal to concierge@suitelifeprive.com.
- If unresolved, mediation through a mutually agreed-upon third party may be required before legal action.
- Legal proceedings must be filed within one year of the disputed transaction.
- These terms are governed by Nevada law, with disputes subject to Nevada courts.
12. Amendments & Updates
Suite Life Privé reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant updates, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
